No Bake Protein Balls
Finding a healthy snack while on the go can be hard!
Diane, the smiling face you see when you come into our office, highly recommends these No Bake Protein Balls to satisfy your appetite!
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ c Chocolate Protein powder
- ¼ c Rolled Oats
- ¼ c Coconut
- ¾ c Peanut or other nut butter
- ½ c Honey
- ½ c mini chocolate or carob chips
Combine all ingredients. Roll dough into spheres and refrigerate.
We keep these on hand as quick to make, easy to store snack and a healthy alternative to sugary, over processed protein bars.
