Healthy Chicken Tenders

This one comes directly from Dr. Dennis and his family, and has earned the Ciccone Kids’ Seal of Approval.
Ingredients:
- Organic boneless chicken breast or tenders
- Organic cage free eggs
- 4C panko gluten free bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper
Cook time:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Whisk eggs and add salt and pepper Ina shallow dish.
- Put breadcrumbs in a second shallow dish.
- Dip chicken in the egg dish and coat evenly.
- Dip coated chicken into breadcrumbs and coat on both sides.
- Repeat with each piece of chicken.
- Add to baking sheet and cook at 375 degrees for 30 minutes
