Cauliflower Fried Rice
Keeping the holiday spirit going, Doc wanted to share his favorite recipe this month: Cauliflower Fried Rice! This is a meal he loves to cook with his daughter and serve for the whole family to enjoy!
You’ll need:
- 1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
- 1 closed minced garlic
- 2 bags cauliflower medley mixed vegetables
- 2 shredded cooked chicken thighs
- 4 TBSP Coconut aminos Salt and pepper to taste
Then, set aside 10 minutes to prepare and cook!
- In a large skillet sautee minced garlic in olive oil.
- Add vegetables and sautee until soft
- Add shredded chicken
- Add coconut aminos
Serve and enjoy!
